- Gottfridsberg: Home to the Flamman and Fjärilen student houses. Very central with a popular student pub (Flamman).

- Tannefors: Beautiful location near the Stångån river, close to the city and travel centre.
Student Housing in Norrköping
In Norrköping, student housing is integrated into the city centre. Rather than large “student areas,” housing is found in specific properties.
Gripen
Beautifully situated in the city centre with views of the Motala Ström water.
- Commute: 4-minute walk to campus.
- Features: Modern kitchens and a spacious study room.
Vattentornet
Located in a converted old water tower!
- Commute: A few minutes’ walk to campus.
- Features: Overlooks the city and has a student pub on the ground floor.
Täppan
An old house from 1903 (renovated in 1997) located right next to Campus Norrköping.
- Commute: Immediate proximity to Kåkenhus (main campus building).
- Features: Shared barbecue area and close to the water for sunbathing.
Klockan
Newly built in 2015, located centrally between the campus bus stations.
- Features: Self-contained apartments with private kitchens. Note that electricity and water are billed by consumption.
Assessorn
Located in the Klingsberg residential area.
- Commute: 15-minute walk to campus and city.
- Vibe: Close to the Vrinnevi forest, perfect for nature lovers.
